First Session: June 21st – July 19th

9 Alumim* You’ll go on an extended campout, float down the Delaware and visit Philadelphia. Experience traditions and start some of your own while learning about Jewish life and history in a fresh, thought-provoking and fun way. $4,950 None
10 Yachad* Look beyond yourself as you begin your leadership journey with teens from around the U.S. and the world. Join together to take responsibility as a community and make a real difference. Choose your own intensive program track including one of five exciting and challenging trips – backpacking, biking, kayaking, photo expedition, or volunteering – to tailor your own extended out-of-camp adventure. $4,950 $150 for certain trips
11-12 Hadracha* Get inspired and equipped to become one of tomorrow’s leaders today. We’ll build our passion and skills for activism while having lots of fun. Travel to Washington, DC, and enlist the support of our national leaders and make a difference. Then bring it all back to TY as you lead all of camp. $4,950 $200

Global Teen Community (Second Session): July 24th – August 17th

9 Kfir* You’ll expand your horizons and develop your own opinions about today’s most pressing teen issues in an exciting and fun way. You’ll also participate in a new and exciting, extended ROAD TRIP to Niagara Falls, New York, offered ONLY during second session. $4,450 None
10 Bonim* Get a taste of Israel’s beauty, brilliance and complexity and get immersed in Israeli and Hebrew culture – preparing you to become an ambassador of Israel wherever you live in the world. Choose from one of five exciting and challenging trips – backpacking, biking, kayaking, photo expedition, or volunteering – to tailor your own extended out-of-camp adventure. $4,450 $150 for certain trips
11-12 Hamamah: Leadership Development Institute* Join a new generation of global Jewish teen leaders through a mix of general and specialized leadership training, practical experiences, mentor opportunities and in-camp internships. Travel to New York City for our unique Leadership Expedition. (Participants may also register for a 2 week version of Hamamah – July 24 – August 7) $4,450 None

*These programs are also available to Havurah participants. Havurah is designed specifically for Jewish teens from the Russian-speaking community. Additional grants are available for teens registered for Havurah programs.

Discounts

Early Bird Discount: Register by October 20, 2016 and save $200 off 1st session tuition, $500 off 2nd session tuition and $700 off full summer tuition!

Sibling Discount: $200 discount for each additional sibling registered to attend TY in 2017

Refer-a-Camper: $250 discount for each new camper* recruited to attend TY in 2017
*Referred campers cannot have previously attended any other Young Judaea camp

Travel Assistance

Our travel assistance fund helps alleviate costs for families that need financial assistance to pay for flights to/from Newark Airport. In order to qualify for our travel assistance, you must first apply for tuition assistance.

Tuition Assistance

Need-based tuition assistance is available by application for Summer 2016. Find out more here.

$1,000 incentive grants are available for any teen who has never attended Jewish sleep-away camp. For more information, visit www.onehappycamper.org.
